Kuu ramen.
All serve different varieties of ramen, so hard to say which is the best. I will say that most people in the west seems to prefer tonkotsu, which imo is the most overdone and plainest of the varieties. The broth is literally just boiled pork bones for 18 hours and I unno, it's just kinda one note.
