Woodford Double Oaked is a dessert bomb. It has most of those flavors you’re looking for, plus chocolate. Woodford Double Oaked and Old Forester 1910 are both very desserty bourbons for me. Another honorable mention is Early Times BiB, it's probably one of the sweetest non-double barreled bourbons I've had.
